New to me - think this is the setaceous hebrew character - moths not my strong point.

Time of year is a good guide, with Hebrew mainly an early spring species and Setaceous Hebrew mainly an autumn species. They can overlap, but it gives you a first thought on the ID.
In terms of colour, Setaceous has the bright straw coloured mark mid edge of wing, like this. That mark is never so bright in Hebrew and is less distinct.

...I find all these comments really useful on all my postings - best way to learn. Even if you've got things wrong - eventually it will sink in and correct IDs will come more naturally.
