On the surface of permanently wet peat in flush on the north slope of Ben More. Fruit bodies are c1cm across.


Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

It looks to have small hairs around the edge so not Scutellinia scutallata but one of the more unusual ones.
