It is quite delicate and has a deep red stem.
The normal form of A. sylvestris (called sheeps' parsley where I come from) has pale green stems that are slightly fluted. But it has dark forms - one is very deep bronze throughout and is grown as Ravenswing in gardens.
The red stems (which look smooth in the photo') are more typical of lovage (Ligusticum scoticum), but the leaves are not.
Cows'/sheeps' parsley seems unlikely, but possible.
