Description:

Found in grassy opening in area of Birch,bit past it's best.The cap yellow orange more apricot in centre,flesh white or tinged apricot below the cap cuticle.The gills are free or adnexed cream colour,the stem is concolorous with cap colour covered in silky tufts,no ring,narrowing slightly at the apex,base white volval bag tinged cap colour on inner surface,flesh firm white first time I have found this one used the Genus Amanita book for key
