I agree that it is this species but still very likely to have significant "feral" blood...

Feral

Yes...it will almost certainly be a Feral bird. The North of Scotland is the place for 'real' Rock Doves, and even there there are impure birds within the colonies....

Genuine wild ones

I'm not sure there are many places where these can be found in the UK without any feral blood to them. Perhaps some of the ones on Shetland but even there I suspect not.

This one does have markings that are good for the ancestral Rock Dove though.
