There are some garden cultivars of Achillea ptarmica that look a little like this
This was found in the middle of Hafren forest. no houses or gardens for a distance - though anything is possible.
Thank you for the ID. Is this a wildflower or is it a cultivar that has escaped?
It used to be grown in gardens and occurs in some very wild situtions as an escape/throw-out. I don't think Achilleas have the everlasting bracts.
