Neomyia cornicina or Lucilia caeser - ID help if possible

Description:

Not sure if it is possible to id from the photos. The shape of the abdomen seems to narrow at the ends as in my books, but can't be sure that the jowls are metalic as described for Neomyia cornicina.
Observed in the back garden, with the fly staying around a small area of flowers.

i can see. The top specimen on the leaf appears to be more hairy, also I can see the left wing is damaged. I really appreciate the help and correction.
