Thick-lipped dog whelk (Nassarius incrassatus)
Description:

Tiny, mostly 4-10mm gastropods with pretty brown banded shells often feeding in groups on dead things under rocks in rockpools / on rocks very low on the shore in Cornwall. Shell thickened around operculum.
