Eristalis

This one is either arbustorum or abusivus, I think. Being rather hairy and with paler marks on the thorax and no dark visible on the mid tibia (though the angle is poor), it could be abusivus. A side view would have helped, or a close-up of the antennae...any chance?

I only got two photographs as there were too many people collecting along the clifftop for an airshow, so few bugs stayed around and I went inland.
