Description:

Jelly-like thin green-brown leafy lobes pointing skywards with small ‘fingers’ along edges. Growing in a small recess in a limstone outcrop. Possibly Leptogium gelatinosum.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Identification

Thank you for the likely identification and for the information.
(I thought it was going to be difficult to get clear pictures of the details of this lichen and the two pictures above confirm that!)
