The ID and the timing are both correct Roger It would therefore be good etiquette to agree with it and not confuse the database by adding another - data sets need to be accurate

I do apoligise, it was late afternoon on the 29th and I uploaded it a few hours later.
No need to apologise! It's a good picture of a very striking species and I cannot remember seeing this species on Yarrow before.

I found one on a dull July day on a tiny island of Yarrow. It was in five acres of Ragwort which was shared between an Eriothrix and a Horehound longhorn moth. Nothing else was about. It seemed clear it had chosen the yarrow, and this was many weeks before anything else appeared to feed on that species. It did seem odd at the time
