Helophilus

The hind tibia is a good starting point. As a general rule, if it is about a third dark, it is probably pendulus, if two-thirds dark, you start looking at hybridus or trivittatus. Here it is mostly dark. Then, the long abdomen with large, lemony-yellow spots, points to trivittatus.
