Hi Gramandy,

Thanks for the agreement. I dont know gobies at all, how are you on them?

I shared these images on Facebook today- British Marine Life page, started by Andy Horton. A regular contributor says he thinks these are Rock Gobies (Gobius paganellus) due to the free flowing rays at the top of the pectorals. I think I will be adding an alternative ID unless someone else does once I see if there has been any more discussion from people on the facebook posts.

Doug Herdson ahs been

Doug Herdson has been studying gobies in recent days and states there are 20 odd types in UK waters. Very interesting posts here:
