Noticed the moth wings first! Only got one (pretty poor) photo before the spider dropped. Damp heather at Thursley Common near the boardwalk.
No interactions present.
Now there's a thought! I was quite greenish but, looking at it again, the shape is right. The same day I swept a well-coloured immature from heather some distance from the wet area.
I think fimbriatus can be greenish, see -
- though I don't talk from expereience because I've never seen one (though I've seen numerous plantarius). I think it's also more likely than plantarius to wander well away from water .
