Common Spotted

Its a fairly typical Common Spotted Orchid. Loop markings on the lip with dots/dashes inside. Triangular tooth to the lip.

Heath Spotted are similar but don't have a continuous loop marking and the lip has a more delicate frilly appearance and the flowers are usually pale.
