A parasite of certain moths, with a Fever fly (Bibionidae) in the corner
No interactions present.
Difficult to see, but it is probably a female Dilophus febrilis, in which case it is a Bibionid, but is better called a 'Fever fly'.

You can tell from that picture? I thought it could be Dilophus so was careful not to say Bibio

It does appear to have dark wings with a pale tip and that is only true of female Dilophus febrilis. It is a common species at most times of year.
