This looks to me like it is Usnea cornuta, but there are several characters that need to be checked and most are not visible in the photograph. The apparently rather rigid, curved branches support it being U. cornuta.
Note that you also have a parasitic fungus here. The orange lumps are Biatoropsis usnearum, host specific to Usnea species.
