Description:

This one has me stumped. The abdomen is strangely withered, but it was still alive. I can't identify it through colour or pattern - perhaps an immature specimen? I've observed Southern Hawker, Migrant Hawker and Common Darter in the same location during the week.

I'd say it was a female, the light stripes on the legs are a great help to species ID.
