Pilumnus hirtellus

This photo shows clearly one of the identifying features mentioned in Marlin, that is that the chelipeds (front claws) are stout and robust, and one (usually the right) is much larger than other. Also that the the propodus ( fixed part )of smaller chela is always spiny, while the larger one is smooth or with just a few tubercles. From: http://www.marlin.ac.uk/
