Confidence: It might be this.
Notes: This is a very tentative ID. It has yellow areas on the surface, soralia are present and have slightly raised, pale rims, and the apothecia are pruinose. In combination these characters suggest P. melinodes, which is a local, upland species but highly likely to be in the location where this was photographed. However, there are other sorediate Porpidia species and I would not name this confidently without microscope work. In fact I would rarely name a Porpidia confidently in any case.
