I know it is very hard to identify an Ichneumon or one of its cousins from photos taken of live specimens, but I couldn't help noticing that this specimen looks very much like the photo here: http://www.pawsforwildlife.co.uk/ichneumon_xanthorius.php labelled Ichneumon xanthorius cf. quadrifasciatus...
It is certainly likely to be either genus Amblyteles or Ichneumon but the problem with ichneumon photos on websites is that most are wrongly identified based on other wrongly identified photos on other sites. There are so many photos out there that you really can't rely on most. Sites like HymIS (based in Germany) are excellent though and photos there are vetted by real experts in their field so it's about the only one I would trust :)
