The other one of this group with fruits appressed to the stem is Brassica nigra (black mustard). I can't call this one from these photographs. (I have enough difficulty in the field.)
The fruits are quite different. Some with a seed in the beak are just visible in the top right quarter of photo 1. Black Mustard has a slightly thicker fruit with virtually no beak.
