Description:

Last year I put pics of one of these up and it created some discussion as too what it was. Anyway, here is another. Caught in moth trap. Ruler = mm. I have released it, but have other pics if any other detail for ID might be needed. This is only the 2nd one of these that I have seen.

Hi Spacemouses,

I think you are right with N. investigator. There is a small break in the rear orange band where the elytra meet, but no break in the front orange band.

Other species have either both bands broken or neither broken, or have black antennae clubs where yours has orange.

Why dont you add the ID yourself?
