Thanks for putting me straight ,I was guilty of reading Wikipedia's description ,I should have done a bit more homework.
I agree that Rufous grasshoppers aren't found in the highlands but surely it does have clubbed antennae as I first suggested .
It does, but it is not a unique feature of Rufous.
If you refer to my comment, I was trying to say that in Highland the only one with clubbed antennae is M. maculatus.
