Escapees. Perhaps some sort of Love Birds?
No interactions present.
Just took and uploaded another photo.
No bright red bill on either bird - so perhaps not Fischer's as Ray has suggested?
No constructive ideas of my own though.

Fischer’s is not sexually dimorphic (assuming a pair), which I should have picked up on but I wonder if these are hybrids, possibly Grey-headed (Agapornis cana) with either Fischer’s or Lilian’s (A. lilianae).
I don't know if you thought of it but (assuming these are local birds) you might be able to contact the owner. Try the RSPCA, local newsagents, maybe post a notice nearby? The owner might be able to lure them back.
Escapes like these won't survive long outside.
“Escapes like these won't survive long outside.” I can imagine a very similar post (OK article in a local newspaper somewhere in SW London back then) some time back in the 1970s about a certain parakeet. ...... lol
Can't be Fischer's, they have a white patch at the top base of the bill, I think.
