Very small, I think was smaller than 1cm. Initially thought it was a small bee but could be a fly.
No interactions present.
Oh dear, I meant 1cm (edited now).
It's not Pachygaster leachii, that has yellow femora with dark ring, but that still leaves three other species of Pachygaster/Eupachygaster/Neopachygaster.
