Age?

This looks more like a moulting adult to me. The tail feathers are being moulted in a staggered way, whereas a juvenile would grow its feathers all together. Some of the covert feathers on the wing look very worn, as if they have been there through the winter, as do the feathers on the nape/mantle. A young bird, born this year, would have very fresh feathers all over.

Hopefully, you will find some juveniles, still.
