nymph

it's a bug nymph probably at mid-instar stage, not Nettle Groundbug but similar. You could try trawling through this brilliant bug site or do what I sometimes do and email it to Joe or Tristan direct under 'Contact Us', they're both familiar with iSpot and usually get you an answer fairly quickly
