It's hard to see much in the way of definitive features in this picture. It is not a Reed Warbler, as there seems (to colour-blind me) to be green in the wing, which Reed lacks, and the resting position and visible tail is wrong for Reed. Perhaps a Willow Warbler or similar?
Edit: Someone with more idea of visible colours might give you more idea. Not much to go on, though!

The feature I see as significant is the grey head contrasting with the wings (which do seem to have a greenish tinge).
