Description:

On stony soil amongst moss at disused lead mine. Tri- to tetrachotomous branching; open axils; podetial surface with islands of green algal cells; not markedly tomentose; branches strongly recurved with some directional bias. Tested K-.

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
