Not at all sure what this is - it can be really helpful for snail identification to see the shell from both sides, as the umbilicus ('hole' in the centre of the shell spiral) can be an important clue, and also a shot from 'end-on' to see how raised the spire of the shell is.
Having said that I'm not great at identifying snails, and others on here may know it immediately!
