Nice To Have You Back, John

Two weeks... that's a long time to be offline. What did we do in the past? ;-)

Regards

offline

Hi Simon, nice to hear from you again. You're right, though. It's not so long ago I had no TV, phone, and certainly no internet - although I did have a PC! I suppose it's what we call progress.

same problem

My internet connection is patchy so have ended up with internet but phone does not work when it's on.I think we probably watched more rubbish on the tv. I cannot survive without iSpot so is that sad :(

I Had a Connection Like That Once

Hi Sheila,
It's a real pain, having to decide between phone and internet, isn't it? But no, I've become addicted to iSpot too, so I can't say it's sad, can I? ;-)

Broadband cured all in my case.

Problems, problems!

I use a dongle to connect. My PC is still not working and the local PC repair man is on his annual holiday. I am currently using an old laptop which is slow. Oh dear, Oh dear!

broadband

I am on wireless broadband but I am rather remote so the signal is less than 1mb when it eventually reaches the house.well at least were all connected in some way or another I think the good thing is seeing stuff you would not normally see plus expanding our knowledge of the nature around us so were not sad are we.

I'm Not!

The sun's shinning, I'm just going through some pictures, then I'm off out looking for bugs. I haven't told the boss yet, but I think she'll be glad to get me out from under her feet!
