Probably, but there are so many hybrids out there, with Rudd and with Bream, that it's difficult to be certain. It does look pretty good, though.

Hi Ian, I'm confident there's no Bream in it and it has all the characteristics of a Roach, according to my guide anyway.

Probably, but experience suggests that you need to see them out of the water to be certain (or at least have more idea). In some areas, hybrids are at least as common as the pure species. Something about the large tail and the small head looks a bit Breamy, but you're probably right.
To be honest, I try to avoid these when fishing, in pursuit of larger species!
