Dunnock

I can see why you went for Spotted Flycatcher, but there are clues to it being a Dunnock. It is not sitting upright enough for a spot Fly; its eye has an obvious paler iris (browny-coloured, depending on age), the eye is black in Spot Fly; It's underpats are rather dusky, white in Spot Fly; its wings are short (typical of short-distance migrant/resident species), Spot Fly has very long wings (typical of long-distance migrant).

Easy to say, of course, but in the field...
