I don't dispute your id., but it is not one I recognise so shouldn't agree with you. It needs another expert who does recognise it to give your id. the necessary oomph.
One of the problems of 'Invertebrate' including so many different orders...perhaps experts should be restricted to their own area of expertise?! ;)
There are only two Rhagio species with pale stigma and clear wings, and the other one has dark humeri. You could check that here and agree...
I've taken the picture home and gone through the key. Yes, the humeri look orange rather than black so I'm happy to agree with tringarius.
