Crustose lichen with a continuous crust

I suspect this is Lecanora chlarotera, which sometimes has initially pale apothecia like this. They do not appear to be pruinose, which would seem to rule out L. albella or L. carpinea.
Lecanora is a very large and often difficult genus and this is a case where chemical testing and microscopic examination appears to be essential for certain ID.
