Liophloeus tessulatus

I'm pretty sure this is not Vine Weevil, and I think it is Liophloeus tessulatus - I often struggle to tell these two apart from photos, they're a similar size and shape and both are frequent in my garden. However, the surface of the thorax and the dotted lines on the elytra both look more like Liophloeus tessulatus to me.

This one is not a garden pest, it's associated with umbellifers and ivy.
