Crustose lichen

Grey/green crustose lichens growing on a rock in the garden around our pond.


Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Other lichens

The lichen with the greyer thallus, not lobate at the margins, with densely clustered, dark brown apothecia, is Lecanora campestris.
