These are yearling fallow as mentioned above. This is based on location, and general shape.
Sika also have spots, similar to fallow and this time last year I would have agreed the tail was diagnostic but thanks to the challenges of iSpot I learnt that there is a sub-species of sika (Manchurian sika deer (Cervus nippon mantchuricus) which also has a long, prominent tail.
