Description:

A small beetle that kept falling over as it was outweighed with the passengers underneath it. Bronze/brown and black, quite small only 6-9mm and very dirty. Not sure if the passengers are the beetles babies or some sort of parasite?? Spotted in my garden in Cornwall. After he/she fell over she got back up again and stumbled off.

Mites

They're mites catching a lift on a dung beetle from one pile of dung to another. They don't really do any harm, but too many do seem quite a burden!

They were definitely a little

They were definitely a little overloaded, I'm glad they're just hitching :D
