Identification

ONLY L.anatifera has such long necks, according to species-identification.org
see http://species-identification.org/species.php?species_group=crustacea&me...
It shows the 1st of the 5 Lepas sp's, & clicking next species gives th other 4; & each text in either size or remarks gives the size of the peduncle ie the neck.
(the gooseneck barnacle is much different & I presume a slipup over the name)
