Your photo shows a fish that is of a darker blue than in several ID books. The fish on Wikipedia, for example, is light-turquoise where yours is blue, but this is natural variation.
The fish can change its color from brighter to darker shades and as well as the intensity of individual colors in the pattern. The dark colors in your fish are possibly also due to the particular light.
The dead give-away is the dark spot with light blue circle around it on the forehead and the yellow/orange pectoral and tail fins.
