Description:

These growth, which I suppose are galls, are abundant on the trunk and on the twigs. I think that the tree is a Salix, but I can't find anything like the galls in Redfern & Shirley's Gall book.
The Tree number could be used to find out what the tree actually is, if I'm wrong.
