Neurigona quadrifasciata Long-legged fly
Description:

Mostly in silhouette but I think this is a female of the very long legged dolichopodid N. fasciata with 4 obvious dark bands on the abdomen. It also astounded me by taking off as I tried to get a flash photo, reacting to the preflash and cleared frame before the shutter clicked. This species is known for amazing reaction speed; see these stunning take off images: http://www.photomacrography.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8467
