No! It would be impossible to tell the subspecies from a photo, and it could potentially be britannica, carduelis or parva, as far as I understand it.
Goldfinches do move around a lot, including migrating abroad, so you just cannot be certain of the subspecies. Subspecies are generally not worth bothering about, unless it is a species where there is a visible difference, like with Pied and White Wagtails.
