6mm to 8mm long, pale green and yellow with long antenna.

Please have a look here on the British Bugs site. I think you will agree that this is not a nymph of Plagiognathus arbustorum. Check the femurs and the antennae.
Embarrassingly I cant go any further than a Mirid nymph at the moment. Having said that, I have had another look and the black tarsi say Lygocoris pabulinus the Common Green Capsid bug.
