Food

Hi, we used a mix of peanut butter sandwiches, strawberry jam sandwiches and chocolate spread sandwiches, sultanas and biscuits. We used cat food at first but had no success with either the badger or the pinemarten but they loved these. Good luck

Part of the trick -

Is to put the food down at least an hour in advance, to let the "human" smell dissipate, I believe.
We used to use a car rear fog lamp, powered by an old motorcycle battery (lighter than a car type!) to illuminate the scene, as they can't see red light at all well.
