The subspecies Heracleum sphondylium sibiricum, has greenish flowers could it be this?
Maybe you are right. I just discovered that in Poland the two subspecies are pollinated by different insects, with beetles preferring the greenish flowers of H. sphondylium sibiricum and diptera and hymenoptera preferring the white of H. s. s. www.ogrod.uw.edu.pl/ogrod/papers/Zych%202002.pdf
