Spotted longhorn (Strangalia maculata).
Description:

I found this striking Longhorn beetle sunning calmly on leaves in woodland. I have usually found it frantically feeding on flowers before. They fly really well, after much swivelling of the long antennae, but it never went far so was able to get a number of shots.
