Confidence: It might be this.
Notes: The shape of the above moth closely matches book picture on page 220 of Sterling and Parsons. Head and thorax are creamy colour but unmarked in the book whereas in my picture there are a number of small black markings. There is an oblique black mark at one third down the forewing, a possible creamy dot at two thirds although it appears greyish but that may a camera effect. There is also a row of blcak spots along the termen but just above these there is a series of oblique black streaks which do not appear in the book picture. So it is similar to Depressaria pulcherrimella but probably a different species - anybody got any suggestions?
